your order form is held until payment is received,
the day your payment is received you will be notified, and a copy of your order form will be attached in the email to
confirm there have been no changes. Then return the order form to Cycle One as final order confirmed.
you will receive a copy of the final order within 2 business days, included with the confirmation receipt there will
be an expected date for shipping. The shipping date is generally 4 weeks from receipt of your order confirmation
date, unless otherwise specified due to extenuating circumstances, such as back ordered parts from an other source,
or motor/trans sourcing. Should a delay arise the customer will be notified prior to the original shipping
date.
Pictures of the frame will be sent to you via e-mail at least one day prior to shipping, that e-mail will also confirm
the shipping address. Please return the email as address confirmed
Once the shipping address is verified the order will be processed for shipping and an email will be sent the day of pick
up, containing the information for tracking purposes.
Shipping date is generally 4 weeks from final order confirmation. (unless otherwise pre-arranged with customer)
Shipping is prepaid via ground service in the continental US and Canada on the standard frame only, there will
be additional shipping charges associated with parts orders, larger rear drive widths, length & height stretches exceding
3".
Purolator is our contracted carrier, all frames are shipped with insurance and the MSO is mailed separately.
